When do we use the structure to be going to?

Speaking  We will learn the structure “to be going to do”. We use this structure when we are going to do something in the future.
Example: I am going to play tennis.

I am going to ride a bike tomorrow.

Vocabulary work.
shower – take a shower
play – play tennis, play computer games
watch – watch TV
have – have lunch
cook – cook a meal
ride – ride a bike

Grammar  

to be going to( do something)=to want to do something=would like to do something

Practice The tasks of the stone door:
1. Read and find the sentences with structure “going to”.
Exercise 1, p. 128. Work with the textbook.
2. Complete the sentences using the structure “be going to” and put the necessary form of the verb “to be”.
For “Chocolates”
a) She … to play the piano.
b) I … to buy this book.
For “Chewing gums”
a) You … to write a composition tomorrow.
b) He … to play tennis.

a) We … to have lunch.
b) They … to play computer games.
